  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders phone verification ke baad process kiye jate hain.

  • Agar customer fake ya incomplete information deta hai, order cancel kiya ja sakta hai.

  • Delivery time normally 3–5 working days hota hai (location par depend karta hai).

  • Remote areas mein delay ho sakta hai.

  • Courier delay ya natural events (flood, strike, etc.) ke liye hum responsible nahi honge.
